By accessing and using Hostmileage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and Stripe. Services are billed in advance for the chosen billing period.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting services. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and add-on services are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If uptime falls below this threshold, affected customers are eligible for service credits as per our SLA policy.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your services at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hostmileage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
